I had been sending out monthly emails for several years, but felt the content was becoming very staid, samey, and too technical. I wanted someone to help me with content from an 'observer' point of view. Someone from outside my business who would word things differently. Michelle did that for me and more! I would come up with some ideas and Michelle would take them away and work her magic on them and together we'd create informative, interesting and fun content! I rely on Michelle a lot now for my monthly emails and the more we work together the more Michelle understands the nature of my business and my clients, and proactively suggests messaging or content. Looking at MailChimps stats for open rates, it would seem that the average for Consulting is 20.13%, Business & Finance is 21.56%, Professional Services is 21.94%. Since I've started working with Michelle the average open rate increased to 30%, way above the industry benchmark, and the average number of opens increased by more than 70%! I would highly recommend Michelle for anyone who wants to freshen up their marketing content. You'll be glad you did ... I know I am!!

I've really been struggling to find the right tag line or description for my business, First Playtime, and the feedback I was getting was that the message wasn't getting through. Michelle's insight and straight forward questions and responses got me there in no time at all! We asked Michelle for a prospectus and a letter that we could send to all of our customers. It was an absolute pleasure working with her, she took the time to work with us to really understand our requirements and making suggestions of her own, she went that extra mile to obtain further information to help in the production of these documents. The final letter and prospectus are brilliant, so many people have commented on how great they both are, especially the letter.
