Although very thorough, our buyers solicitor was thorough to the extreme. This delayed our sale and caused us extra stress.
Communication was awful, with our buyer never able to talk to their conveyencer [until towards then very end] and our solicitor having to email continuosly to get any answers or progress.
Enquiries took a fortnight to be returned to our own solicitor and only then after more nagging than should be necessary.
3 times our motorhome was mentioned as an unanswered enquiry, OUR motorhome, that was not listed in the sale! Clearly breaking an old covenant [every other house in the street breaks it] but nothing to do with our buyers!
Even when they had assured our buyers that they had no more questions [we had sight of our buyers emails - it was the only way to seemingly orchistrate clear communication] and 3DAYS BEFORE we needed to complete, she came up with 2 more questions to be answered before we could exchange contracts.

The people who answer the phone are totally unprofessional and rude and sound like you are interrupting them from something far more interesting.
