Concerned with the quality of advice I was receiving from my Union Rep I contacted Andrew seeking well informed, clear and thoughtful advice following a redundancy with redeployment situation at work. From the outset he provided a very clear picture of what he could offer and an estimate of the costs involved; enabling me to make an informed decision. Andrew was extremely responsive with well attuned and clear explanations to any of the questions or concerns I raised, always offering great information and advice, and intuitively offering just what I needed throughout - a drafted letter, to phone in the moment, if a quick reply was expected. I would HIGHLY recommend Andrew, he certainly has the professional skills but equally importantly his manner was really calming and reasssuring at a difficult time.
