This is a company who believe they are more important than their customers. They are unclear with their pricing, tardy about appointment times when almost an hour late with no notification seems acceptable to them. Their attitude is disrespectful and they dont acknowledge complaints because I guess they believe they are better than their customers (potential or otherwise) who provide their income in a SERVICE industry. The clue is in the description.
