I called yesterday to try and get an appointment, the receptionist told me that I needed a patch test again. She booked me in for today, I did stress that there were appointments available for the dates I wanted and I was worried they would go. I said I was going to just book online. She said I couldnt do this as I needed a consultation. I looked online this morning and all the appointments had gone for the time scale I needed, I rang to say what had happened and that there wasnt any point in coming today for the patch test. She never apologised she just said ok.
I was very disappointed that she hadnt taken ion board what I said yesterday and while on the phone never even tried to speak to a stylist or try to help.
