After arriving really late due to traffic. They still got me squeezed in and the whole experience was brilliant. The relaxing massage chairs and calm music to the lovely coffee and the staff couldnt be more friendly and helpful. I left feeling fabulous and will be back for a consultation on hair colour. Thank m you for my beautiful hair cut and blow dry which looked as great as the first time I visited a few months ago. Thank you.

Absolutely love Sammi and the team at T&G Newbury. Super easy booking system through the app, spotless salon, friendly staff from top to bottom and efficient service. As a working mum I love the flexibility to have 7.45am appointments, fully supplied with coffee (!) and a lovely quiet salon where I can relax, have a good chat or get on with a bit of work. I get my hair coloured by Sammi, no nonsense advice and perfect colour every time. And my hair cut by the amazing Hayley, I love the fact that the shape lasts so well even if I dont come back for a while. Definitely part of my self care routine but in a way that works for my busy life! Thanks Sammi and Hayley! Highly recommend giving them a visit, my mum and various friends are also now clients. Absolute joke of a salon and customer service team Botched cut uneven the whole way around,unblended layers,looks like about 4 different haircuts on my head Customer services offered a wash cut and blow only valid for 2 weeks after the first appointment(who is going for a cut 2 weeks after the last!?) (Like id trust them near my hair so they can botch it more) When I declined and gave reasons why they ignored my message so when I chased it the complaint was conveniently out of their 14 day period

Beautiful service had a hair cut and a full head colour such nice people asked me if I wanted a cold drink and gave me a cold drink and very good and beautiful customer service and will go again definitely I will go again for a hair colour and a hair cut such an amazing experience and such friendly staff they all deserve a pay rise if it was my staff I would definitely give a pay rise and look after them all Services: Hair coloring, Shampoo & conditioning, Hairstyling
