        Came along for a class in the evening and had a fantastic experience, such a welcoming community with a wide range of ages and abilities. If youre not sure about trying it come a give it a go, you wont ever regret coming along! Excellent and knowledgeable coaches who really look after you. Grant and the team has built a fantastic community and a Box to be proud of
