        Disappointing. Said they could cut a small mirror in two days but I was still waiting more than a week later. Then got a bad attitude when I asked how long it would be.

        Following a break in a pane of glass in a door, I called Thatcham glass - very friendly and efficient. Was called back an hour later to agree the works and the glazier came same day. He was very professional and quickly got the new pane fitted. Invoice left with me to pay by bank transfer. Zero hassle - great service. Thanks!
