I really had to leave it a while to calm down before I write this review. I dont like saying anything when Im angry. Still though Im very bitter after that time went by and would really like to express my feelings. Its one thing to have a fault with a vehicle and its another to deal with customer service at Ford in Newbury. Im disappointed in mechanics abilities at Ford and disappointed with the manager at the front desk who dealt with me over the years ! First of all I really do feel like I should of gone to Japanese or German dealer for a vehicle because they do make a great impression with 7 years of warranty and bulletproof reputation. I love my Ford truck but I had so many electrical issues it makes my head spin. This all started the moment my 3 year warranty run out. Radio gave up. Dash instruments are showing false readings and my battery is always flat in the morning when I need to go to work. My truck spent at least 8 weeks in the Ford garage over 18 months out of action. It was in and out because whatever they fix to solve the battery outage problem was never the root to the problem. Mechanics at Ford replaced a lot of parts that cost me a lot of money which never solved the problem and honestly I feel was completely unnecessary as it was all just guess work. I expressed my frustration at the front desk the fourth time I came back to the manager telling her I started to have doubts in mechanics abilities and she answered me being defensive and rude rather then trying to understand my frustration. Last time I took my truck to Newbury Ford was an eye opener. I just had my 1 year old battery replaced by the AA in the morning because I couldnt get it to start yet again. Battery was destroyed within a year because of the faults in the engine. New battery was fitted and I drove the truck straight to the garage again for yet another diagnostic. A week later I get a call from Ford telling me it was the battery it self causing the issue even though it was brand new. I informed Ford about the brand new battery replacement but they told me it needs to be Ford battery and that this will finally fix the issue on all electrical faults. My brand new battery was replaced and the issue was never fixed. The problem carried on. Also what really pisses me off is that Ford never gave back my brand new battery they took out of the truck. They dont know what happened to it and no one could give me an answer why it disappeared. This is day light theft. Ford lied to me, stole from me, replaced parts for no reason charging me thousands of pounds in the end and never did manage to fix my truck. Very disappointed and will not recommend anyone to do business with Newbury Ford

Annual car service, first we had a reminder then a call to book a slot. After that we were sent a link to be able to drop off the keys and use the key drop box instead of waiting. At pickup the servive desk staff where very friendly and helpful. Overall a very efficient and excellent service
