        I smashed my electric hob on Sunday and contacted Dean and Dean and DJ came straight round on Monday morning and supplied and fitted a new one. Thank you both so much . I have used Deans services over the years and I must say very professional, very polite and very competitive Thank you Merry Xmas Marie

        The House Doctor claims that no job is too big or too small. However, it appears that providing you with a quote exceeds his limitations. We requested a quote for refurbishment of a kitchen and a bathroom and received a promise that he would get back to us the following with a date to visit and assess what we wanted doing. Two weeks later we have still not heard anything. A tradesman who cannot be relied on to turn up to provide a quote certainly cannot be relied on to do a job and is best avoided.
