        Lucky they are getting one star as partner rang today and then member of staff on the phone was so rude so went elsewhere. .

        Took my Burberry mack in with specific instructions to concentrate on collar and cuffs. When I got item home the marks were still there. The label said to take off leather buckles, they did not which surely a cleaning company should know. I will not be going there again.
