They started my conservatory in March & it's still not finished! They won't return my calls, they don't turn up when they say they will. Their surveyor told me if I bought a fan/light for the conservatory their electrician would fit it. It's still in the box & cant get hold of anyone. Its October & its still not finished. The fitters work should take no more than 20mins to do. This will be their 4th attempt to finish the work. I am sure they have blocked my number, as it always goes straight to voicemail. I tried sending a recorded delivery letter & the Royalmail were unable to deliver it. I am at the end of my tether! Next stage small claims court

Please if anyone is planning to go with Four Season please do not. They have taken a deposit from me and confirmed a start day of next week and now I can not get hold of anyone. I have found five other people are having the same issues but one has had a partial build and now no one is coming back. The registered office that is now on Google is different to the one I had been quoted on back in Feb. If you look in companies house too it looks really dodgy, so many other companies with similar names that have been dissolved over the years. Please do not risk it and go with someone else !!

WARNING.... BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!! Prior to COVID 19. This company had great reviews. We checked them out.too. Father and son Mark and Dan from Wales. However...when checking out online it is confusing as there appears to be same company different HO?? We chose them November 2019. WORK was delayed due to bad weather January 2020. Will give them their due they worked extremely hard at the beginning. We weren't aware though that they do main building and SUBCONTRACT the rest. This also means paying the different trades throughout the build. So they DO NOT oversee anything after they have dug and built base and brick foundations. The glazers they used were fab..... BUT from the moment Four Seasons Mark and Dan finished their part of the process and left it became apparent that we had to chase from that point onwards. I appreciate COVID 19 has affected many businesses but we signed an agreement in good faith and stuck to it. Luckily the main build had been finished. The plasterers and electrician came just BEFORE as FIRST LOCKDOWN was introduced....... THEN EVERYTHING WENT SILENT......... NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS after numerous attempts!!!! Luckily the Electrician contacted us and completed the works. My Husband had to prepare flooring for the Underfloor heating himself. The Garden was left in a MESS!! Downpipe left cut halfway up the wall not finished off..... The outside tap not fixed securely...... We couldn't open the Conservatory doors fully due to the unfinished job...... Initially could only open one door!!! WE HAD TO DIG AND LAY A PLATFORM outside the doors to be able to properly use them. Luckily we have managed to get the job finished ourselves and because we were careful and didn't pay in advance we're not out of pocket. Mark and Dan (Father and Son) COME ON GUYS ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR WORK and be honest and upfront with genuine customers/people. Just communicate and explain. It's guys like you unfortunately that give Tradesmen a bad reputation. So my advice if you are considering using these guys think long and hard before committing to anything and DO NOT PART with cash upfront. Sadly there is probably a simple explanation which can easily be resolved if only Mark and Dan had the courtesy of communicating effectively with their clients.
