Me and my boyfriend tried to shop here, when my boyfriend noticed one of the security guards were following him around the store, my partner even hid to be sure, and the guy shows up in front of his face. When he started asking him if he looks like a thief (he just been at gym before shopping) this little security guy didnt even say sorry and they start shouting on my boyfriend to leave from the store. I was at the clothes section at the time and did not see this. This is unacceptable. Shouldnt happen. All the staff there were unhelpful with our complaint, and will be our last visit there.

Its hard to understand how many times I go for bread in the morning and the baker is on break and every other employee is not available to serve. I understand the baker starts an early shift and needs a break but as a business M&S needs to rethink in having someone to cover during times when the demand for bakery is high, doesnt make sense have customers waiting for 20 mts or more for the baker to arrive.
