Very poor customer service , sales team said in January you will get the house in August first week but it's September no news when we are getting the house they are having some trouble with council but not telling customer truth that why council did that because of their fault ,just manipulating the customer with talk and emails ..not happy with the service very depressing process.not happy at all.
