Expand & Build

Expand & Build renovated our flat over autumn 2020 - winter 2021. Nick and his team are excellent at what they do and we are delighted with the results of their hard work. Our completed project is exactly as we had imagined due to Expand & Build's professional skill and attention to timing and detail. I would absolutely work with them again and I recommend their services for building and renovation projects.

We had a few different companies that gave us a quote but no one really took the time to listen to us like Catalin. His design and quality of work is excellent. Im more then happy to recommend him to my friends and family. 5 star service and quality of work.

Nick and his team are not only highly professional and skilled. But put care, attention and pride into what they do. We came accross a number of issues during our house refurb, each time Nick discussed all the options through and advised me on the best course of action. More often than not the solution came at no additional costs! On a few occasions a finish hadn't dried/cured as the team liked. I wouldn't have even noticed, but their pride wouldn't let them leave it. Again at no cost to us. All in all NCM is a Building firm l would whole heartedly recommed. And being in the building sector myself this is a high accolade.

Nick and his team done a loft conversion and they have completely renovated our house. They are very professional with a good work ethic. We were very pleased with the end result. Nick kept us informed and took the time to explain all the steps. I would use Nick and his team again. Highly recommended!
