        I engaged Robert to undertake a Level 3 Survey on a new property, based on a number of 5 star reviews I could find online. I would like to echo all of those reviews. Robert provided an exceptionally thorough report, with lots of photos. He went the extra mile to get into the detail. There were a lot of issues identified so I had a long list of follow up questions. He was also prepared to fit into my schedule to discuss these on a lengthy call, and give cost estimates for everything (something which I had observed from reviews of other firms is not always forthcoming). We also ran through with a view to picking out the items which really matter, and those which would just be expected. All in all, a fantastic service. I highly recommend to others.

        Excellent service. Robert wrote a very thorough report which contained explanations for the benefit of a non-specialist. He also talked the report through with me on the phone and took time to answer all my questions very clearly and in a way that was easy to understand. He was very approachable and I would definitely use his services again.

        We instructed the Hopps Partnership and from initial contact, all the way through to receiving of the report, the whole process was straightforward, helpful and quick (despite being super busy due to the impending stamp duty deadline) The report we received has been very useful in giving us comfort to proceed with our purchase and detail further works that we'll need to get done in the future. Robert also promptly responded to a very last minute pre-exchange query and went the extra mile to get us the information we needed. All in all, a really positive experience.
