        Great experience today in AgeUk thatcham shopping arcade. The Manager Donette accepted all my donations very thankfully. A car full. Thank you So much.

        Terrible experience!! Shelley served us and she could not have been more helpful. We were looking at 2 items totalling 10.98, and asked if 10 would be acceptable. Shelley checked with the manager, who was in the back office, the manager shouted at us 'we're not a barter shop'. We paid the full amount, again, Shelley was very helpful. As we were leaving the manager again shouted - this time louder and abusively, chastising Shelley for assisting us. Will not be returning!!!!
