Chef Sammy Hillen

Sammy cooked for us whilst we were away in the Cotswolds for my dads 75th birthday weekend. What can I say; every mouthful was absolutely delicious! And we really enjoyed watching Sammy create his masterpieces and getting a few tips from him at the same time! Both Sammy and Kyle were great company and made the evening really special. We look forward to having Sammy cook for us again in future!

Last weekend I stayed in a fabulous house with a group of girlfriends. Chef Sammy and his great waiter joined us and provided us with the most amazing dinner. We started with fantastic canapes, followed by a delicious 3 course dinner. Sammy explained every detail of the menu and was happy for us to observe and ask questions and share tips. They were great fun, really attentive and gave us a great dining experience , top restaurant quality food without having to go out. Well done boys, you made our weekend away one to remember

From the moment we tasted the the canapes, I knew I had chosen an excellent chef and our five course dinner did not disappoint. I booked Sammy as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday dinner with close family and Sammy couldn't have been more professional, giving us a wonderful experience. The service was provided by the delightful Kyle and they made a perfect team. I highly recommend them.

Sammy cooked us a birthday supper and it was absolutely amazing, its the second time weve used him and there will definitely be a third. A big thank you for a delicious feast - I will be recommending him to all our friends!
