        Horrible service! They say can return within 30 days of receiving. I emailed right away when I knew I didnt like the 3 pairs of shorts I ordered. They didnt respond, so I emailed again a week later. They finally responded and said they were sorry the shorts didnt fit, but that they are their Best Seller! And I should try them again. I emailed and explained the the denim material is too thick and the silky one is cheap. Now their response is that it takes to long to ship back internationally and might get lost, so would I like a $5 credit and 10% off my next purchase. Hell no, I will never buy from them again! Lesson learned, shop local!

      • Rang to ask if they have some retired vinyl tiles stock left, been told they wont help me as i dont have an account with them and dropped the phone on me. The first Polyflor distributor out of about 30 that i rang that refused to help. Very poor customer service.
