Absolutely terrible customer service, after numerous calls staff dont want to help or care. Last call spoke to someone called Amanda who came across rude and very unhelpful, I explained if I couldnt get the help and get this sorted I may need to cancel my order and go elsewhere and was told well cancel just send email rather than try to help was fine cancel

Had my car coming up to three years now, delivery was on time and in line with conversations. Servicing been easy to arrange, call times a little long sometimes. But that seems like life nowadays. Had to make a claim for damage someone left on my car. The call centre helped with sorting that out which was a relief.

I have leased many vehicles over the years and Novuna are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Using aggressive and bullying tactics, shocking communication along with threatening letters. Different departments are not coherent, absolutely embarrassing. When you are looking to lease a car please check that Novuna are not the financial contractors as they will look to scam you out of as much money as they can when you return your vehicle. If your vehicle is damaged and repaired to the highest of standards they will still find fault.

EXPEXT A HUGE BILL AT END OF LEASE HANDOVER ... even though we had the pickup in the body shop before collection having it minted at our cost of 1200, then the collection guy spent an hour desperately trying to find marks and scuffs, then we got a bill for these tiny imperfections on what is essentially a 5 year old commercial vehicle. Then i have spent weeks trying to stop the direct debit being taken, they do not answer the phone or return emails, just keep sending letters they are taking the direct debit soon. DISGUSTING NIGHTMARE COMPANY AVOID AVOID AVOID.
