Under the equality act 2010 you as a company have to make minor adjustments when it comes to disability and you as a company or should I say your security staff failed yesterday as I have a problem with my feet/legs my left leg is 1 1/2 inches short and I have to wear a wedge In my shoe and on my right foot my 1st 2 toes don't move properly and wearing steel toe capped Boots don't work for me because the wedge makes it to tight for my foot to sit properly in the boot so I have to wear steel capped trainers that have been made especially for me but trying to get through to your security guards he got angry and started to kick the side off the building shouting no boots you don't get loaded and he wasn't prepared to listen forklift driver brilliant thanks for loading me quickly the security guards said it wasn't there fault that the sales people didn't tell them that I was coming in and that I should off given 24 hours notice how is that the drivers fault
