Weve used Fergies on a couple of occasions in the last year - once for electrical work on our Golf, once for mechanical and electrical damage repairs on an Audi Q5. Excellent attention and service both times: the team made extra efforts to get work done to fit in with our schedules, everyone friendly and helpful with a very positive attitude throughout - and good value in terms of overall costs. Would highly recommend. Services: Body & Trim, Electrical repair

I had my car booked for a cambelt service. The garage was friendly and professional, however during the service I was contacted removal of locking wheel nuts, as the locking wheel nut wasn't present I had an additional cost of ~550. After speaking with Audi it appears that I could have obtained a master key at a fraction of the cost. Also during the process of removing the locking wheel nuts 2 of the wheels now need to be refurbished due to the damaged caused. Service: Engine repair

In 2022 I took my M135i to Fergies and the service was excellent from the word go. I had it originally booked in for an engine service and gearbox service, when my chargepipe failed 1 day prior to bringing the car in. Gave Sean a ring and gave me advice on how to bring the car in safely. He advised further works and allowed me to keep the courtesy car for longer than necessary. A number of oil leaks were also fixed, I was frustrated as I took the car to an official BMW dealer to replace the valve cover gasket and it failed again only a few months prior. 1 year later with no leaks, Seans technicians fitted the cover properly. In 2023 I took my car in for a minor brake fluid change and I sat with the car whilst I waited with my laptop, with a nice cup of coffee provided by Fergies and the work was done immediately with minimal waiting time. If you have a German car, take it to Fergies.
