        My business debit card was blocked by TSB. It took 6 hours, yes 6 hours, to get it unblocked. I understand fraud control requirements but this was ridiculous. I was hours on hold and received much conflicting advice. Incompetence on a level not expected from a bank.

        Excellent! Very professional and helpful staff who aided us with resolving a telephone scam and fraudulent money transfer. They were reassuring and patient and very effective.

        I had a horrible experience in the Newbury branch of TSB. The woman at the counter was rude and unhelpful, when I asked to see the manager said "I am the manager". Eventually another member of staff intervened and helped me to find a solution.
