Have always been happy with the bank in the last 6 years. Realising however that the service is quite dependent on the staff on duty. 4 staff members in the bank on a weekend - 2 customers being served - 30 minute wait for the third!! While it was communicated that there is a wait , there was no apparent reason for it. On asking if there was a chance to expedite with the 2 staff members on the counters , not handling any customers for over 15 minutes, we were told quite curtly by the lady in charge that we dont need to explain our job to you! Not great service and definitely not customer friendly attitude!
