        Have used them for years, for both Mazdas we had (back to just one now). Reasonably efficient to make appointments, though getting through on the phone can be difficult at times. Servicing dept can be a bit over zealous with some of their fault finding in my opinion, but I suppose that's better than missing something crucial. Simon is always pleasant to deal with and helpful with any queries and though you pay dealer prices, I don't have any complaints. Car is always cleaned inside and out and has always been ready on time. Also, I believe customer loyalty should work both ways, and I'm happy to say that is the case with the team at Motorlux. I have no reason to look elsewhere for the servicing and maintenance of our Mazda.
