        Highly recommend Tracy James Hearing. Tracy was able to help my mom get a replacement part for her hearing aid while she was visiting me from America. Tracy was able to get the part replaced under warranty and back to my mom quickly. Thanks again Tracy!

        Tracy did a superb job of re-tuning my Siemens hearing aids, I can hear so much better now. Very professional and sympathetic. Took the time to talk through the issues that I was having in a very knowledgeable helpful manner. Location and parking is great too.

        Came back here for the second time today, this time not for my ears but for my husband's. Amazingly, Tracy recognised me and it was lovely to have a catch-up. She's clearly an expert at what she does and both my husband and I had absolutely no complaints after seeing her. When it comes to ear wax removal, she is simply the best in Newbury. Very thorough. Both of us definitely felt like we were in very safe hands.
