Brought an A1 Sportsback, great little car but Audi sold me the car with a broken reversing camera when asked to fix it they said it would cost 600 to fix the camera. I brought the warranty and service package with the car but no they insist I pay 600 for the camera (but was apparently checked as operational in their 160 point checklist). They had given me the car with a scratched front bumper and curbed a wheel and done the worst possible job to cover it up. It's like they gave a 3 year old a paint brush to hide it (the bumper they didn't even try to hide the curbed wheel, but both were apparently good on their checklist). Audi are more than willing to take your money for a car but are absolutely appalling when it comes to taking care of the car or the customer. Audi I love your cars but disappointed by your customer service.
