        Tenants and landlords are not taking care of the building, managing agency does nothing to change it. Rubbish around the house that I have to pick up in order to live like human being, cigarette ends around main entrance. Also be aware that Carter and Jonas is trying to rent out the same apartments that are rented between 850-950 for 1200!!. Also no storage space in flats for your belongings or if you have pram. Second entrance is full of council flats so your neighbours are not the greatest company either. Not worth the money at all. Last thing is that cost of the water/heating is split between all flats so doesn't matter if you try to be efficient, you will always get nice juicy bill to pay.
