Donna is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to skincare and takes the time to throughly understand her clients concerns and needs before recommending and carrying out her treatments. I love how she is constantly updating her skills through regular training and always looking to upgrade her services with the latest techniques and technology! Donna is not only very competent in her work, shes also a lovely, warm and friendly person who makes you feel at ease in her salon and leave feeling super confident! Would highly recommend

I have been seeing Donna for a year now for skin treatments and deep tissue massage. I think Donna is the best skin therapist Ive seen, as she provides such a wide range of treatments with first class knowledge and expertise. I have always felt like Im in safe hands, and that she has my best interests at heart. Keep up the amazing work Donna. I have been with Donna for many years. Treatments, massages, facials and hairdressing. All absolutely superb. I have quite a few seborrhaic keratosis on my back so I was very interested in having them removed. Today - with quite a bit of trepidation, I attended my first appointment. Donna was an absolute star! She discussed and explained the whole procedure, and really put me at ease. She continually asked me how I was doing and I am over the moon with the results. I have had these problem keratosis for years, and if theyre in an awkward place (mine were continually catching on my bra) they are damned uncomfortable! I couldnt get this done via my GP so I was so glad Donna helped me. Not my usual treat, but I would have more done if needed in a heartbeat! Thanks again Donna
