Bea has been so lovely and helpful with my prescription since switching to this pharmacy. Shes always so kind and caring when I call and happy to help.

One would have thought repeat prescriptions part of a batch would be prepared regularly and be ready around the same time over the duration of each repeat so the customers can walk in and out in a flash but alas, one still sits and waits for sometimes nearly an hour, on average 30min (after queueing for a while, mind you), just to collect a regular repeat... Had to change my nominated chemist as it's just not worth the wait (which might I add has to be done again a day or 3 later because items part of that batch which one would think has been prepared for upfront isn't fully in stock so you only get half of it and have to come back to wait some more...)

The ladies front of house are lovely that I want to make clear and do well to manage a very busy pharmacy. However the 3 stars loss is due to 3 reasons (no fault of those ladies) 1. Despite a specific brand being placed on px request and labels - given wrong brand almost every time. 2. Repeats are not made up so then there is a delay when collecting (last visit I stood and waited for 1hr) for repeat meds and an owing. 3. A logistical one this time the script is passed to pharmacist and dispenser in basketthis then gets placed on top when completed with no communication from pharmacist or dispenser and no alert system so can actually sit there for over 10minutes without FOH staff knowing it is ready. This is also sub optimal as some staff are actually not tall enough to see or reach these baskets. 4. Stock is generally all over the floor BOH and makes finding repeats and px hard for FOH staff to find, taking up valuable time and making client interactions more stressful. I absolutely despise moaning on review pages so I hope this comes across as constructive. There was just no site or comments/feeback section to do privately. Having been in the sector previously Id actually be happy to help work towards some simple solutions with the team to help ease their day and ensure a more efficient and successful service. Once again, FOH ladies you do amazingly!
