One of the worst JD sports I have ever been to. Completely slow and Disorganised. Came to collect my "Online" order. Took them 1 hour to find it. Terrible. Do not go to this JD, its the worst I have ever been to, in my Life. This store is a let down to JD as a company, staff need re training or something, no urgency or efficiency to help customers.

Its a very rude stuff and I will never imagine go back to the store. Specially the manager, the Asian lady she was really rude to me and I think all the staff need to do some course how to behave themselves good with a customer service

Disgraceful, manager was arguing with a new employee over not reaching sales target and then started shouting at us as we were browsing shoes. Is it my fault that you're broke?
