I visited last week for a shower repair and really appreciate the time taken to help me. Our builder recommended this shop for supplys. I have been a customer for over 5 years. I came back for advice and was given a replacement. I have also been to larger retailers where some staff encourage you to purchase expensive replacements and tend to focus on customer sales having little knowledge of the products they are supplying. This shop in comparison values customer service. All of my purchases have been of a good quality and standard to date.
