        I have been practicing the art of karate for the past 13 years and have grown stronger mentally and physically. It teaches you discipline, self control, courage and integrity. It helps remove the dark energy from your soul and use your inner strength for good. The senseis and all my peers have been fundamental to me growing more confident in recent years and my social skills have vastly evolved. They have also helped me maintain a calm and collective demeanour in multiple real life situations which is a valuable life skill. I implore all of you to attend these classes, as they will genuinely make you feel safer. Thank you Tharun :)
