This hotel takes bookings from all websites then chooses the one paying the most days before the booking and leaves guests with no accommodation 4 days before a convention - what's worse is they pretend to be the booking website on calls and tricks the customer into cancelling bookings to avoid negative reviews and repercussions instead of cancelling themselves.

Absolutely an amazing apartment. Have to rate it 11/10. The apartment was beautiful new build building, its location is in a very convenient place with plenty off nearby attractions and food places just round the corner. The apartment is very spacious luxurious too. Very clean and had no faults at all. Check in was extremely easy and smooth. There is also parking literally in front of the building and from the balcony you can keep an eye out for your car too. The Amazing bit was the host Mr shabaz I can't thank you enough for going out of your way to help us. We appreciated everything you did for us as we came to you last minute. And thank you for the extended late check out too that really helped us. Amazing communication and thanks for being a lovely host. I would 100% recommend to everyone. You will not be disappointed i promise.
