Horrible yodel collection point I would never recommend to a anyone select this store if they want to save their time and their mental health. Because lady there is extremely rude and DUMB. I went there 4 times but kept saying i cant give you parcel then I called yodel reported her and they said go to that store and let her to us. I went there her husband was there after talking for a while to them he gave me my parcel. NEVER EVER use this store . There are plenty of other stores where people are nice and deals in a friendly manner!!

Unfortunately I used this place to collect an Amazon order. I made every effort to collect on the same day - and arrived three hours after it got delivered. The lady who works there really needs to fix her attitude. She is always rude and grumpy. All she kept saying was I will return your order next time, we dont have space to keep it. Not only did she continue to insult and embarrass me in front of other customers, I decided never to use her smelly filthy shop again. If you dont want the business, just close. I will report her to Amazon and in future will choose a more clean and customer focused business.

Leo is a good guy and doesnt let us down and gives us a good service and treats our custom well. When me and some people even suggested some different products that we would buy over others, he actually got them in for us because he appreciates our custom.
