I did laser for full body today. Feeling very positive and experience was amazing. Felt very positive about the process. Planing to continue with hydra facial. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hair salon! The staff were unfriendly from the start and one of the hairdressers if you can call her that just watched me and kept giving me death stares! The water when washing my hair was cold and one sink wasnt working so you either had extremely freezing water or boiling water. The cut was okay but three different people did my hair as other customers were clearly more important than me! Then a serum was put in my hair which meant the blow dry would not work! So they kept trying to straighten my hair but it just looked greasy! The hair then admitted to putting too much serum in and disappeared! The other hairdresser took over and asked me if I was going out! I said no! Which was to their relief as my hair was so oily they just couldnt finish the hair properly! It was just a wash cut a blow dry and they couldnt do that correctly! God help people going there for colour etc! Anyway when at the end I asked if someone could check my hair was straight and had been cut correctly they said they couldnt as it has too much serum in it which they had put in! Then the eyebrow lady was tasked to straight hair with hair straightener which clearly I stopped her from attempting as my hair was covered in oil! And it would have just signed my hair! All in all it was a disaster and the only reason I went there was because my normal hairdresser was busy! Never again! Please dont go here ! They are unfriendly and unprofessional! There was no apology for anything and I paid them the full price which I shouldnt have in hindsight as they did not give me what I wanted and didnt correct anything! Absolutely rubbish and I rate them zero! Service: Hairstyling
