I contacted Dawn for advice for my first personal self-assessment after seeing her highly recommended in a local Facebook group. Dawn was very flexible to tailor her service exactly to my needs - I emailed her my details and, during a single Zoom call, she answered all my (numerous) questions in a very friendly and comprehensive manner.
