Customer service is a1!! Their postal service is one of the best!! Experience is from purchasing nsa slugs. 1 box was sent out incorrectly, so to save me returning the incorrect box, they sent out the correct job for free. Also the quality of the nsa slugs are absolutely a1!! Quality slugs from a top supplier. Joe

Weihrauch hw57, sent my rifle to get a full tune,seals etc. Unfortunately the rifle got lost by the courier!!!!! I was distraught. Rich at the Ratworks was quick to reassure me that he will deal with it. He ordered a new rifle for me and tuned it as originally discussed . He sent it to my RFD as it had a different serial number. I have fired a few shots through it and it smooth, quiet and accurate. Thanks a lot for your outstanding service which went beyond excellent All the very best

Drove to RAT works from coventry and bought a new cylinder from them week before Xmas. Excellent product, my H.W. 100k is much lighter. But they also serviced my original cylinder free of charge which I received last week..No leaks!! I am absolutely delighted. I have got an H.W. 100 long rifle in my attic which is siezed because of condensation ( i never closed the gunslip properly) I will be taking it to them soon to get it sorted. Can't remember the lads name I dealt with, but he is 100% decent guy
