        As with most services the toilets have taken a turn backwards, whoever thought it a good idea to introduce single ply toilet paper. You end up using yards of the stuff and there's usually oddments of it all over the floor.

        Politely asked if i could make another costa because i didnt put the cup back far enough. She said i need to pay for 2. I said ok leave it il just have my other shopping. Woman behind counter told me to f*ck off ??? Learn to handle a situation and how to speak english properly
