Their level of communication and service has always outshone other coach providers we have used, their prices are competitive and the service is always fantastic. Amazing service from both management and drivers. The fleet is in great condition and well maintained. I booked Orbit to transport my wedding party from Leicestershire to London. I was nervous about the day running late and possible ramifications it could have on how smooth the day would run. I picked up the phone and had the pleasure of talking to Adam. I explained my concerns and he explained his constraints this honest and open approach meant we both were able understood each others needs. I opted to add an extra driver onto my booking ahead of the day. I made sure my party was aware of the strict timing we had to stick to and Adam and his team ensured the drivers were ready to leave as planned. As a result we had a stress free day. The double decker coach and the minibus we had were clean, modern and comfortable. All the drivers were courteous and pleasant. I had a number of my guests comment on how nice the drivers were. I would recommend Adam and his team at Orbit. A great local family run business.
