Everything with the service was ok until the candidate didn't work out. We knew pretty soon that the person wasn't capable of doing the job so we had to let them go. We thought we had done it just in the right amount of time as Spot On's contract only gives you 1 month to make your mind up to get a full 100% rebate. We were shocked to find out we were actually 1 day late as its 4 weeks and not 1 month! She flatly refused any assistance with any rebate. In fact when looking at her T&C's closely you have to give her 1 weeks notice on the 4 weeks so you actually have to make a decision in 3 weeks if your going to keep somebody who your not sure if they will work out. Absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend the service unless you get more favourable T&C's.
