        Bob had his fist visit for a wash, cut and finish. The lady listened to what I wanted length wise. Very pleased with the outcome, he was happy too. He looks so handsome. Thank you we will be back

        Impossible to actually get a groom here, no availability and when you do actually book a slot, months in advance, they cancel on you last minute and won't let you re-book or give you the next available slot. Instead the only way to get a other appointment is to be put on the waiting list for cancellations. My poor pup has been on the list for months now, so long that she won't even be eligible for a puppy groom anymore (if she ever gets in). Honestly just save the stress and time and avoid this one!

        Really good salon, can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes, but that is down to availability. Groom Room website needs to be improved as I have to reset my password every time I want to log in.
