    Where do I start ?!? Training with Lee has really changed my whole life ! I came to Lee at my lowest point , I was down , very much overweight and eating a lot out of depression - from our initial meeting I just felt he understood me straight away .... he knew exactly what I was going through and he was telling me things that made sense , his knowledge is second to none! He has invested thousands of pounds and thousands of hours in himself studying and learning the science of weight loss , training and lifestyle coaching and to me this was a real eye opener - he started off making simple changes to my lifestyle then adapting new training methods each week .... before I knew it , the lazy guy who ate out of boredom and didn't exercise began to enjoy training and this new ' lifestyle'. To anyone who thinks training and having a life coach or personal trainer is expensive - it's probably the same as having a couple of takeaways a week and drinks at the weekend - all of the things that aren't going to do your health and mental well-being any good whatsoever.... you can cut these out and easily have a few 1-2-1 sessions! I have been with Lee for nearly 5 months and as well as a physical transformation- my mental health has really improved drastically - I don't see him as my personal trainer - I see him as a very good friend. I highly recommend if you're looking to make changes for the better in your life you should definitely book in an initial consultation with Lee - it was the best decision I made .... I have tried many personal trainers , dieticians and life coaches - but nothing worked for me ..... give him a call you've nothing to lose !! Everything makes sense - he has the knowledge of the science behind him to assist any client who is needing assistance. Top work Lee , I look forward to the next stages of my training

    My whole life I've struggled with Yo-yo dieting & never being happy in my own body. I did Lee's 21 Day Challenge & lost half a stone. We ended up doing a 6 week challenge & I've completely changed my whole mindset on food & eating. I've fallen in love with exercising! All this, just from Lee's experience, knowledge & expertise. I couldn't recommend Lee enough, I've never been happy in my body before! I've still a way to go, but I know I can finally get to my goals with everything Lee has taught me. Definitely the best PT around! Thanks Lee!

After 6 weeks of training with Lee I have lost 24lbs and I'm well on my way to being my best me. More to the point I feel like Lee has introduced me to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Lee is professional and knowledgeable. He's never more than a WhatsApp message away and he cuts straight through the chaff with simple, straightforward and easy to follow guidance, backed up by his own personal experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone and I'm looking forward to my continued work with him.

    Having played sport to a reasonably high level in my formative years I have always tried to incorporate training into my daily life. Initially training in a team environment to latterly individually. I realised I was meandering and just exercising for my mental health with no goals or specific aims. As such I was just really engaging in a therapeutic sweat with my session. I saw a flyer for a PT in the local barbers and thought I would give it a go to change my enjoyable but stale routines. The sessions immediately had an impact as I was pushed and tested much more than I would have done so if left to my own devices. The discipline, increased weight, reduce rest time and whole time under tension under a watchful eye has resulted in real change. This has been accompanied by a holistic approach where the importance of diet is stressed. Having to be accountable to another individual keeps you on track. The whole approach is flexible enough to build into your lifestyle so it can be maintained for the duration and fully adopted. I have been training for six month and am exceedingly happy with the whole programme offered by Lee.
