        Phoned initailly to ask for some guidance with my ride on. Stuart was very helpful, willing to assist with a diagnosis over the phone albeit it could possibly be a number of things. Very polite and well mannered. I will certainly be booking my machine in for its annual service and maintenance up keep with Malpass. Thank you very much for your initial guidance and support. Speaks volumes in your customer service and customer experience
