        The place is a joke u ring at 8 to book in. U are on the phone till 9 then get told no appointments ring back to morrow. With a load of abuses from them

        Doctors are great but getting an appointment is impossible using their new phone system since they were taken over by Valens. My mam can't get through on the phone as the phone system is impossible to navigate (even for me and I'm a bleeding receptionist by trade!), and if she goes into the surgery they keep telling her to make appointments online but she can't use technology due to her learning difficulties. People who are like my poor mam are constantly being left to suffer due to services being inconsiderate of those who struggle with technology! Disgusting to abandon those who need our help the most!
