Unfortunatelly can't carry on with their service as they are really struggling with staff. Took me 2 weeks to get warming and flee treatments collected due to them being closed all the time. Annual booster 3 weeks behind the schedule as couldn't offer any appointments for the first 2 weeks then rang to reschedule, as had no staff. Again.. What if I had an emergency?

Reduced hours but seems to always be closed at present due to lack of Staff (vets) but had NO notice from Medivet. Previously always had great service from this practice.

Why is it that every time I try and ring this vet the phone line says they are closed even though it is their opening hours?! When I can get them the service is good but its not reliable if I can never get through to the branch,
