        Been to this vets today the service was disgracefull, had to leave without any treatment for my poorly 20 yr old cat as was kept waiting over an hour past our appt time.receptionists so rude they haven't got a clue on customer service.

        The service was professional. Everything was explained. Also as the medication was near expiry we were told the next lot would be at a reduced price.

        All staff were excellent, receptionists fabulous! Cat had to have a complicated spay, everything explained etc, my cat was very happy to go to the staff on each visit & cats are choosy so they have my vote!

        As a previous customer in Southampton, I had high expectations of V4P and i was not disappointed. My cat has no balls now, I'd say mission success
