X2 Connect Limited

X2 Connect are excellent. Customer service is second to none. The prices are very competitive and the finished kiosk we ordered was done to a great standard. It's the little things. For example many other companies just stick the new glass in with silicone, but X2 Connect also puts in brand new metal inner window frames that are held in place with the correct brass pins. They were always happy to provide a detailed update and take photos of our kiosk prior to delivery so we could plan any works required at our end. Be advised though that the kiosks do not come with the black plywood backboards in as standard, which caught us out slightly, but not difficult for us to fit ouselves later. The waiting time is from placing an order to the date of delivery is very reasonable too, compared with other companies and because they have quite possibly the largest stock of kiosks, chances are they will have exactly the correct door position/ model layout in stock to meet your needs. We did a lot of research before placing our order and were not disappointed. Highly recommended.

After years of searching Thank you X2 Connect for making my dream come true in the most efficient and painless way. Excellent communication with company and could not fault the service and refurbishment of the box. Just love it.

We are delighted with our reconditioned red telephone kiosk, which will be used as a community book swap in our village. Very helpful and friendly staff kept us updated. Not a speedy process but well worth the wait. A final lovely touch was to receive the payphone information sheet from its original location in Swansea. We would recommend X2 Connect Limited without hesitation.

Spent a considerable amount of time dealing with this company trying to place an order, and after numerius failed attempts to stick to offered delivery schedules and horrendous communication from, them we lost all trust dealing with them
