Had a lovely first session today with laser removal! Staff were all super lovely and informative, the patch test only pinched a bit looking forward to further sessions with them! Highly recommended!

I had reached my early 60s and had never had a tattoo. I thought I would like to try, and had a particular design in mind. I visited Taurus with my Step Daughter, who had recommended that I go there. Mel, Pete, Mark and the team were welcoming, and took the time to make sure that the design was exactly what I wanted. Pete was very reassuring, and made sure that I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. All in all it was a lovely experience, with warm, friendly and professional people. Service: Tattoos

We live in Norfolk and travelled down for the weekend to stay with friends. My daughter had booked a tattoo for her birthday and turned up but was told the artist had been delayed and to come back in 2 hours. She called at 12 to make sure there would be someone in to do the tattoo and was assured there would be. She got a taxi and went back at 1pm and was told they couldn't get in and to come back the next day but we would be travelling home the next day she did get her deposit back but really not happy at the service.
