However, I recently ordered 6 pull-up banners on behalf of a client. One of them torn on its first use. Another one (2 weeks later) has now broken - the top bar has come off.
The problem isn't that the banners have broken - these things happen. The issue has been the way Paul, at Sherwood signs, has dealt with my correspondence. He has been unwilling to take any responsibility for the problems and unwilling to suggest a reasonable way to resolve the issues - he has even been unwilling to engage in a phone conversation.
Sadly, his email replies have been short, and frankly rude. It's probably the worst customer service I have received in 20 years of running my own business.
